Question

Weblink 10 column sizes

asked on March 5, 2018

Hey guys,

Is there a way in Weblink 10 when browsing the repository, to have the columns resize to fit the content?  They all seem to reset to being almost the same widths, which cuts off the document names and gives way too much space to things like 'page count'.

Alternatively, if it can't be done automatically is there a way to have the changes stick when a user resizes it manually?  They seem to reset as soon as you sign out and go back in.  Or another option would be if I could set them manually somewhere for all users and just have it use that as the default.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hello Shaun,

Thank you for the feedback. I understand your request and we will look into improving the behavior of the columns. As you mentioned, we will investigate into making these column size settings set per user, and also share-able across other users.

Hello everyone,

Has there been any resolution this issue with columns not adjusting to content or columns resizing when scrolling.

Best regards,

Hi,

We also have a client looking for the same functionality, which is for a column to display all the data (auto-resize) in the column. And if not, is there a way to set the minimum column width to be displayed, and maintained on that column, no matter which folder they browse to in the folder browser view?
