You can certainly use Connector to fill out forms in Laserfiche Forms. You can do this in a couple ways - you can use the open website action to pass along the values as URL parameters, which will be placed in the appropriate fields in Forms, or you can use the write data action like any other website. 

For handling reading data from multiple tabs, I'd suggest looking at reading from multiple applications. This can be set up to prompt the user to switch tabs, press a button, and then Connector will pick up data from the second tab.
