Can't get alternate values to line up side by side

Not sure what I did to my forms but now when I am working with alternate values, they are not longer lining up side-by-side with the values. No matter how wide I stretch my window, even 2550 pixels. The alternate values box keeps moving below the values.

I've noticed that sometimes when you apply some type of CSS to the form, it affects the form's design view too.

Try removing (backing up) any CSS from the CSS section at least to see if that's causing your edit view to display like that.
