My client is experiencing an issue where when they try to access any document in their lf mobile app, it gives them a 9179 error, "License lacks feature activation required for the requested operation."
We have reactivated lf mobile, but the error still comes up on their device.
I can't find much info on this issue on the support site, so I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue despite verifying that it is on their list of products and activates successfully.
