Get to support portal to access tickets/Activation keys

Can anyone else NOT figure this out? C'mon LaserFiche..

Yes, I know. These options weren’t there and when I signed in it didn’t know I actually signed in. It was resolved and there was a network outage.

for you activation key you have to click on your name

and to access ticket you have to press the button "My Support"

 

if you do not see them, you will need to ask grant to the admin that administrate your laserfiche var account
