Question

Question

Downloading multiple documents at the same time in Weblink.

asked on February 28, 2018

We have a client requesting this as a feature. I did see a post on this from early 2016 but I wanted to see if it is now possible or if there were any plans to allow this in the future, here is the post for reference:

Yes, WebLink does support this. With Web Link 10, you can select multiple documents, right-click, and get a zip file with the contents.

Regarding folders: if a folder contains documents, you can right-click the folder and download a zip file with its contents. However, if the folder contains shortcuts to documents, you must enter that folder and select the desired shortcuts to download them.

Hello,

Did you find out how to download multiple entries from the search results?

Currently, there is no way to download directly from the search result viewer in WebLink - this feature request has been passed along to development teams.

My clients would also like the ability to download multiple results from the search screen as well as have them merge in to a single pdf file to download.
