Are you looking for this to be something that is done on every single form and every single instance?  Are you just looking to review some numbers on a specific for to get a general idea of how long that form takes users to fill out?

If you just want to do a general review of a single form, could you just open some of the instances and look at the Instance Monitoring which has the Start Date, Finish Date, and Duration?
