The addition of redaction reasons is something our end users have asked for. Is there a way to search for documents that have a particular redaction? Is there a way to generate a report or log of the redaction reasons for a set of documents produced in response to a public records request?

It is possible to perform a search for documents that contain redactions and/or search for particular redaction reason. Outside of possibly Audit Trail, as Usman said, I don't know if it's possible to actually view/report the actual text of the redaction reason.

Add, {LF:AnnType="R"} to your search criteria to find docs with redactions.

To search for a particular comment:
{LF:AnnComment="text"}

{LF:Name="*", Type="D"} & {LF:LOOKIN="lfiche\HR"} & {LF:AnnType="R"} & {LF:AnnComment="reason*"}

Hi...

In Client it's not possible.........But You can generate/view the report in the Audit Trail..checked by Annotation
