Hello,

I have a customer who has 3 domains in their forest. They are able to license users from one of the domains, but when they query and load a user from one of the other domains, they can create the account and license this person but that user is unable to see any repositories when they try to log in.

They are using a Directory Server and licensing users individually from AD and not by SG.

Can they license users from multiple domains with their current version of Laserfiche- 9.2.1 Build 635?

Hi Jeff,

I wanted to follow up with this, did you have any luck getting this configured and working properly? We have a customer that is about to create a forest with 3 domains as well.

You said that can't see the repositories: are they trying to log in through the desktop client, and thus you expect the list of repositories by populated but it's blank?

If so, this is not related to directory server or licensing but is likely related to your network setup --- or to someone having turned off the network repository scan.

To check for the repository scan right-click inside the Available Repositories area and check the Scan Network for Repositories option to re-enable network scan.

If you type in the Laserfiche Server name and repository name using "Attach", does login succeed? If not, can you try using the server IP address? This will help pinpoint where the problem is.
