Upgrade from version 9.0

Hello everyone,

I’m brand new to Laserfiche and was wondering how to upgrade our products? Is there a step by step guide somewhere on how to do this from an older version? Best I can tell is we have version 9.0.

I also need help identifying what products we have.

Hi Koley,

 

It may be best to get in touch with your product reseller for this information. Also please note, if the LSAP has expired, you will not be able to upgrade to the latest version.

Hi Koley,

 

To answer your question about the upgrade, it is as simple as Next > Next. Of course, making sure you have backups before doing so, and there are a few things that will need to do be done once the upgrade is complete.
