I was wanting to know if you have seen this problem we are having with our clients.  When our Win7 desktops boot up they are not able to see their printers.  When we click on Start\Devices and Printers that window never populates.  We are seeing errors on our server in the Event Viewer.  Event 319 in the Print Service log.    The message in the event log states: 

Printer Lf Snapshot 8 failed to initialize because a suitable Snapshot 8 Driver 1252 driver could not be found. The new printer settings that you specified have not taken effect. Install or reinstall the printer driver. You might need to contact the vendor for an updated driver.

Any idea if this is related to the desktops not seeing the printers?  Thank you.
