How did your client make out with the above issue? I have a client we are implementing this for and we are stuck on the 2nd task. Do you happen to know what ports they're using, type of certificate, etc? Would be beneficial considering the documentation on this product has very little details and no screenshots.

Hi Jonathan,
Could you please check the service settings? You can open Laserfiche Email Archive Configuration in start menu, and then go to “Settings" tab->Service Settings(See screenshot). Try when the "Require TLS" option checked/unchecked.
