Error Playing LaserVM 10.3 on VM Player

Can any one help me fix the error as seen in the attachment?

I downloaded Laser VM 10.3 and try to play on VM Player 12.0 but it takes me to auto-repair screen.

A Support case was opened for this issue and the VAR resolved the issue by updating the BIOS and downloading VMPlayer 14.
