I want a static field next to this dynamic field but am unable to get it to work using the default value option.

Column is set up like this

but when the form saves it only brings over the dynamic field questions and doesn't place the ratings column with default values next to it.

Hi Jason,

Can you confirm if the default value of Rating field can show on the form opened on Forms website?

Is there any custom CSS/script set on the form?
