Email word document within repository as pdf

I have a document with my Lasserfiche repository with goes through certain steps as described below.
I would like to send this document our as a pdf.

I am busy building an on boarding process with Forms.
I then use the metadata from forms to update a word document.
This word document then goes through an approval process.
I then need to send this document as a pdf document to a possible candidate.

The issue I am having is that the document that is being updated within workflow "Server Attached" does not have Laserfiche pages.
This causes the document to be blank which gets emailed.

How can I get around this issue or how can I use a document that is already in the repository which has Laserfiche pages to update the necessary fields?

I did some testing on this and was able to recreate the issue of getting blank pages when attempting to email pages as a PDF. I have Windows Reader on my PC for opening PDF files and once I downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and then tried to email the pages as a PDF again the issue was resolved. Let me know if that solves the problem for you!

Thank you for feedback.

I was able to resolve the issue by using the download electronic pages utility & then used the update word document again. This time I only used the conversion action on the update word utility to create a .pdf document. I used this output in th email utility. This worked for me.
