Instance variables don't get displayed in Forms Inbox if instance is initiated by WF

Question: Why is the Primary_Applicant_Full_Name not displayed underneat the Task name?

By selecting a variable in the details pane section, you are adding it to the summary details list in the bottom right of the inbox (which isn't shown in your images). When you highlight a forms instance, you'll see all the selected details variables down there.

To add a variable to the user task name (which is shown here), go in to the user task configuration and name it "New Account Application - Needs Advisor Signature - " then click the right facing arrow to the right of the input box. This variable picker will add the variable to the user task name.

I should have clarified: I am trying to add it underneath the task link, like this:

I could have sworn this was possible, but I may be remembering wrong.

In Forms 10.3, we moved instance name out from underneath the task name and into its own column so users could sort and filter by it. If you are a process admin, Instance Name is its own section in the process options page and you can fill it with static text or variables. In the Inbox, you can then show/hide it or rearrange it just like any other column.
