Entry Locked [9014]

We have a Customer who is trying to fill in a Template in Web Access (Version 10.2.1.362) and about every 2nd-3rd character she types an Error box -Entry Locked [9014] keeps popping up.  Goes away after a moment but keeps re-appearing as she completes the template.

Once she has finished and hit save, she will start a Business Process to route the documents to a folder based on the Employees Name. She checks the HR folder for the user, and the folder does not get created.

I had the Entry Locks section open, under the Activity node for this Repository in the LF Admin Console, as she was getting these pop-ups, and nothing was being registered in the Locks Section

What type of document is it?  Is it a word document or spreadsheet or something?  I have had the entry lock happen when someone uses Web Access to open and change the file (something opened by a native viewer other than Laserfiche) and then just saves the file without checking the file back in.  Anyone trying to access the file after the previous person didn't check it back in gets the entry lock notice.

Hey Jennifer,

In this case it was a PDF.  It is only showing locked for a like 1-2 seconds and then the user can keep editing.

She is the only actively accessing the file.

Have to checked to see if a rouge workflow is trying to repeatedly access it?  Have you checked that entry ID in Audit Trail to see if something keeps hitting it?

No Workflow running against this.  There is nothing in the Audit Trail, that I can find.
