We have a client that is noticing the Laserfiche Scanning Module is slow to open, taking around 10 seconds to open once the Laserfiche Scan icon is clicked. There are no errors occurring, it just is slower than we have seen it in the past.
We also have disabled the AntiVirus per the suggestion on similar answers posts but that didn't speed it up either.
This is only occurring on PC's across certain departments, as other departments have not reported any issues with this slowness.
They are using Laserfiche 9.2.1 Update 2 and Windows 10 x64.
