Docusign Integration Credentials

Is it necessary to add the user credential information (APIAccountId, APIUserEmail, Password) for every user that would like to initiate signatures or sign through DocuSign to the  WebAccessConfig.xml file?

No, you provide one set of credentials in the webaccessconfig.xml. WA uses these credentials to send envelopes through the DocuSign API. Individual users can then link their accounts in Docusign to their accounts in Laserfiche through Options page->Advanced tab. Your API credentials then 'send of behalf of' the DocuSign accounts linked to the Laserfiche account.

 

Basically, the API credentials in the webaccessconfig.xml are how DocuSign ensures that particular custom is licensed to use their API. The account in the options page is what gets displayed as the 'sender' in Docusign.
