My form's information didn't save into Laserfiche

Hi all,

 

I have a web form and I save it into Laserfiche.

 

But in Laserfiche, I don't have fields and I have no error.

 

What's going on?

Ok I found why.

I make lookup rule with always hide.

My bad!
