Laserfiche mobile app shuts down when I tap SETTINGS

My LF mobile app closes when I go to access the SETTINGS at the bottom of the menu selection.  I needed to change the upload settings and found that I couldn't get to anything because the app closed!

I'm running Laserfiche App version 10.2.0.524 on the server and 10.3.1 on my device

 

Please advise regarding how to address this issue.  Thanks

Hi Michelle, 

 

Sorry for the inconvenience. This sounds like a known issue we were aware of and have been fixed in the upcoming iOS app release 10.3.2, it should be published within a week depends on the approval progress of App Store.

I am still having issues with accessing Settings in the LF Mobile App.  Behavior is still the same, it blacks out the screen and closes the app.  Looking for some thoughts here.

Are you using an Android App?

What's your phone make and what's the Android version on it?

Can you try go to "Offline" mode before you login, and try open the settings from left navigation as well, see if it crashes.

I am using iPhone 6 version 11.2.6 (15D100) model MKRR2LL/A

I did go into offline mode before logging in and it DOESN'T crash

tells me application version is 10.3.1.1153

Hi Michelle, 

The latest released iOS LF app 10.3.2 on App Store should address the issue, please update and check if the issue persist?

updated from the App store, opened and was successfully able to get into Settings from the menu without the app closing!  Thank you Natalie!
