10.3.1 is being uploaded to the support site now
Forms 10.2.1 update 3 can be found here. The zip file and instructions are at the bottom of the kb
Forms 9.2.1 update 2 can be found here. The zip file and instructions are at the bottom of the kb
Again, if you wish to upgrade your 10.2.0 version of forms to include this fix, please contact support. If you wish to go this route, 10.2.0 updated version will not be able to then upgrade to 10.2.1 at any point. Once you install the 10.2.0 update that support gives you, your next upgrade will have to be 10.3+.
This is currently a known issue we are in the process of fixing. Support for version 1 reCAPTCHA (which Forms used by default) is ending. The deprecation process on the reCAPTCHA side sends a certain percentage of traffic to this error page while still allowing a large percentage to continue working. The full deprecation is scheduled by them on March 31, 2018.
For users on Forms 10.3:
Single-click reCAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA version 2) will be unaffected. If you are experiencing the issue described above, you may choose to get a v2 reCAPTCHA key and use that, or disable reCAPTCHA on your message start events.
For users on Forms 10.2.1 and below:
You can upgrade to Forms 10.3 and use single-click reCAPTCHA version 2
As an interim workaround on your current version, uncheck the "Enable reCAPTCHA" option in the message start event settings to avoid using the deprecated version 1 reCAPTCHA.
We will be releasing patches for the latest versions of at least
that will add a configuration page for version 2 reCAPTCHA so you can still use it on your older versions.
Hello,
Can we get a time frame of when the patch for Forms 10.2.1 will be released to address the reCAPTCHA v.1 issue?
Thanks!
We are shooting to have them out by the end of the month.
Excellent, thank you so much!
Yes please patch it away, would like to continue to use this feature without having to plan an upgrade to 10.3
HI Jared,
Our customer is using 10.2.0. Will the patch be made available for this version as well?
Thanks,
Adarsh
Yes, we will do a patch for 10.2.0 as well. I'll add that to the above list.
Thanks Jared. Any idea when this might be available?
We are shooting to have them out by the end of the month.
Hi Jared,
End of Month is close. Please can you confirm the date of release? We have to plan this activity for a few different customers.
Thanks,
Adarsh
Looking to get them up on the support site today or tomorrow.

Hi Jared,
But you promissed a patch for 10.2.0 as well. We can not go back to our client with a long explanation and no patch. If We had been given clarity in the beginning, we would have prepared better.
We had plans of upgrading Forms as well as other components in a few weeks because a lot of bugs are being reported and apparently we need to upgrade to a more stable version. We can’t plan upgrade in a hurry. Can you make someone available on Wednesday or Thursday to guide us though whatever method you have suggested to apply this patch? (disabling isn’t an option). And at some point in a few weeks can we revert to old settings temporarily to upgrade to 10.2.1 or 10.3.X?
As I stated above, for a 10.2.0 patch contact support. We just need to make sure you understand that once you install the 10.2.0 update, you won't be able to upgrade to 10.2.1. For your next upgrade, you'll need to go up at least one full version to 10.3.
We didn't want anyone to hastily install 10.2.0 update without understanding this.
