Our company has a landing page for all of our safety forms. When I access it on a Windows machine the Start Process button appears and I am able to start the form. However, on Apple products the Start Process button never appears and therefore the guys in the field are unable to start the forms process. Recently we upgraded to Forms 10.3, is this a bug? Has anyone else had/have this issue?

Can you try dragging the list to the left to see if the start button is there, just offscreen?
I tried that and the button doesn't appear. I can scroll through the thumbnail images but they button never appears.
Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention. We'll look into getting it fixed.
It did not work on my iPhone 6 with iOS 11.2.5 or on my work iPad iOS 10.3.3. I have tried using Safari and Chrome on both devices and neither work.
I am facing a similar issue on my laptop (not apple). The start process button is not being loaded or displayed when i open the landing page on google chrome. But it works perfectly well on Microsoft edge. Is this a bug or is there something that i have got to do?
Our VAR was able to apply a "hotfix" and it works great now. It has something to do with the java.
The fix for this issue was released in Forms 10.3.1
