Alternate Form Saved for each value in a table

I have a travel form for a school that collects a list of Employee Chaperones in a table. In this process when a travel request is for an out-of-state trip. The process saves an additional form version for that employee to route for out-of-state approval. I also need the process to save an additional form version for each value listed in the table of Chaperones. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Hi Elexis,

You can use Workflow to accomplish this: on Workflow, first retrieve table values from Forms, then use for each row activity to loop through the table rows and trigger new processes in Forms with certain values. In the new process, save the form.
