Hi Adnan,
All LF options must be able to communicate with the License Manager or LFDS when using Laserfiche Rio. Any break in communication will invalidate the license.
Incidentally, what version of LF plus is this?

After installing the client and activating the LF plus receiving the below message. I using win-10 platform. the quickfield is working and i knew quick field also need communication with the license manager regularly then why its give the error message for only LF PLus.

Do you know how to use LF plus? You use it through the full LF Client. Do you have this installed on the LF Plus machine also?

well am using the Plus since 2012 and i knew the client should be installed on the same machine. Due to some reason we have changed the old machine with new one with operating system win-10. i have installed the client which is working perfect. But even after installing the PLus with Administrator account, it generate the license of the same machine in the license manager, it generate the above message i sent you.

hmmmm, that error doesn't mean very much. I would suggest you get in touch with your VAR and raise a support case to troubleshoot this further.
