Question

Authorize.net any user experience so far ?

asked on February 6, 2018

Anyone here has used the latest 10.3 forms and Authorize.net processing for CC payments ? Have few questions before we upgrade our LF version, does Authorize.net integration support "First Name " and "Last Name" fields to pass via LF form out of the box without any customization ? I have Tried Braintree integration but out of the box solution does not allow to pass such fields right out of the box.

Hello,

We are getting ready to upgrade to 10.3 primarily to start taking payments via Authorize.NET.

Just wondering if you got any additional information on what Laserfiche Form data can passed with the transactions through the Authorized.net integration.

Thanks!

So far, in our test system we are able to do more like collect the name of the person vs Braintree module. I am not sure if there are more fields that will become available for Authorize with LF forms out of box solution. Have not really gone into production yet nor spent any time on this apart from the initial look at what fields Authorize integration can do out of box from LF forms.

Has anyone had an issue with a government site where you wanted to use braintree and/or Authorize.net and the powers to be said can not use unless on state/county/local list and if not put an RFP out which will not be answer by either Authorize.net or Braintree. So stuck with not being able to use the product.

This should qualify as a "sole source" purchase. You have an out-of-the-box integration with one of two credit card processors that both charge very competitive rates.
