How to deactivate QuickFields 10.x (Avante)

Licensed deactivation has been removed from start menu, and command line option not working...

 

Here's what we tried: ran showhwfp.exe to get fingerprint/hostid,

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Quick Fields\Legacy\ActivationToolNet4.exe" -deactivate -key QFxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx -fingerprint 00000000000000000000000000000000 -hostid ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff

(substituting correct values)

Our records show a successful deactivation for the key ending in "WGQD" on February 6, followed by activation on the same machine about 45 minutes later.

The key ending in "XCRF" shows an activation followed by deactivation about 2 hours and 40 minutes later.

The other ones don't have any activity this month.

If that doesn't sound right, I'd recommend contacting your reseller and opening a support case.
