Migrate LaserFiche 8 -> 10 case

Before I exported the data from Laserfiche 8 and imported to LaserFiche 10, hope to grant all for help for the following questions:

- Existence MDF is around 2GB but LDF has been 227GB. If migrated from using the above way to SQL Express 2016, will the MDF size about such new SQL be over 10GB?

Any enhancement or any way to reduce the size of LDF before the migration?
