I was wondering if anybody has experienced this problem previously and had any solution to the issue.
- A User receives a Word Document by Email with as an attachment
- User then proceeds to make changes inside the word document
- Saves as a new document in Laserfiche
- Closes Word
When the user opens up the saved version in Laserfiche the changes that were made in step 2 have not been applied before saving.
It is like they are working on a temporary copy and none of the changes have been applied.
It saves the original copy of the Attachment.
