LFF2001-EmailSubmissionTypo

asked on February 2, 2018

Good Morning All,

Running into an issue with LF forms and emails. Lately, users have been getting the following message code:

Unable to send an email to "dmiller @seedgrowers.ca". Ensure your email address is entered correctly. [LFF2001-EmailSubmissionTypo]

I've gone into the Forms configuration page and tried validating through the test feature and I get the same issue.

Had anyone else experienced this issue before? Was working fine up until recently. Running Version 10.2.0.834

The only recent upgrade was a new firewall. Could this be causing the issue?

The email address you provided has a space in it, just before the @ sign.

Are users logging into Forms using their Windows account? If so, can you confirm that they have valid email address values configured in the "mail" attribute in AD?

If these are perhaps Laserfiche repository users, can you confirm that they have a valid email address configured in their "Accounts" page in Forms?

Thanks for getting back to me. There is no space and happens with any email you put in place.

These would be external users using the save as draft feature or the email feature after a form has been completed.

Were you able to resolve this issue? We're having the same thing happen with our external users. We thought we had it fixed but it is either an intermittent issue or our testing wasn't good and it never was fixed.

Were either of you able to find a solution? We're running into a similar situation as well.

We are on 10.4 just started getting the same error on the notification task and reminder email task. The processes have been working, now suspended. Any solution? Please help?
