Self Service - Password Reset

Hi All,

 

I'm in discussion with an existing customer around weblink/public portal deployment to publish documents to external clients.

 

One thing that came up, is how to handle self service password reset requests for this. I know you could probably do this using Forms Portal, workflow and the SDK to do some funky stuff, but I have 2 questions.

 

1. Has anyone implemented this already? If so how did it go?

2. Can I raise this as a feature request, as without this feature, Weblink is pretty useless as a public portal if you are serving a large amount of different external users.

Ah, ok this might be on the VAR section. Basically there is a new optino called Enterprise Identity Management which will help you deploy and manage bulk users. Ask your VAR to provide further details smiley
