We have a Client that has the Directory Server and Forms on the same box. They are planning to switch the authentication of Forms from Laserfiche Server to Directory Server. The Directory server URL is HTTPS. In this case, it seems that a SSL cert is required.
- Can a Self-signed SSL certificate be used in this case? If yes, are there any downsides? Access is limited to internal users only at this moment.
- Is a CA SSL cert required for this?
