Quickfieldsapi - Erreur HTTP 500.24 - Internal Server Error

asked on February 1, 2018

Hi all,

Trying to connect to QF Management and get the error : "Unable to connect to the Quick Fields server [QF1000]

So I tried to restart the services ; unsuccess.

I checked my ports ; unsuccess.

I tried to open http://localhost/quickfieldsapi then get the error "Erreur HTTP 500.24 - Internal Server Error".

The Physical path is "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\quickfieldsapi" but I don't have it.

How can it possible and how can I resolve it?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Quick Fields does not install its website in c:\inetpub\wwwroot. If your Laserfiche Quick Fields Server service is running, then it's probably best you open a case with Tech Support to troubleshoot it.

From the error message, though, it sounds like IIS is misconfigured. The full message from IIS usually gives an indication of the problem and suggests possible solutions.

Hi Miruna,

thank you for your return.

My QF Server service is running...

...and this is the error message.

I don't really understand the error's message but it looks clearly the path access is "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\quickfieldsapi".

Hi Oliver,

The Admin Console URL is http://localhost/quickfields,  not http://localhost/quickfieldsapi. If you want to look at the QF Server API directly you'll have to specify its port, like http://localhost:8093/quickfieldsapi

Additionally, based on how you configured your QF Server, you may have to use your server name instead of "localhost", e.g. http://<servername>/quickfields
