We have a few situations with one client where documents might get merged together via Workflow.  We are also using DCC on all new documents created.  In 10.2, when DCC could not find the entry, it made a log entry and moved onto the next item.  In 10.3, we are finding that it keeps trying over and over.  The net result are massive log files.  For instance, in one day Archived JobData.xml grew to one GB, and the file would not load in the Web Admin Console. Also DCC controller service has been stopping with hundreds of jobs queued up.

My question is - is there a way to limit retries?  Note that DCC is still 10.0.0.0 (i.e. the same product) while the Server went from 10.2 to 10.3.
