Office Integration 10.3 problems

Hi,


We recently updated our Laserfiche Server and client to version 10.3 and we are having issues with the Office Integration.

 

We installed back a server with 10.1 client for a test and everything seems ok

 

We've looked in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\Excel2013SaveToLaserfiche.Save 

 

But we do not have the "Excel2013SaveToLaserfiche.Save", wich we have with the 10.1 client.

 

When we try to add the plugin manually in Excel, for example, it says that the add-in is not compatible.

 

We tried uninstalling and installing the Client but with no sucess.

 

We are using Office 2013.

 

Anyone had this issue ?

Hi Raphaël,

 

Office Integration 10.3 changes its way to register it. 

 

If your office is 32bit, please check the registry key under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Launcher], and make sure is 3.

 

If your office is 64bit, please check the registry key under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Launcher], and make sure is 3.

 

Or you can go to File->Options->Add-ins tab, and click Go button at the button of the Word options dialog, please check "Laserfiche Word Add-in" option.

 

After you try it and the issue persists, please open a support case.

I have an issue where the 'Laserfiche' tab shows up in Microsoft Word 2010 but not Microsoft Excel 2010.  I can't even manually browse to the launcher.dll for Laserfiche and add it.  Any suggestions?
