Forms - Save to Repository - No Errors - Doc Not Found

I have a forms process going and it has a Save to Repository step at the end. The process says completed with no errors but the document never appears in the repository folder. In other cases when a certain person approves the form it saves to the folder but when one particular person approves the form it never appears in the repository. Where are these documents going?

Can you share an image with your process diagram?

1. Click on the Reports tab
2. Select the Business Process
3. On the left hand side, select Instances
4. Select one of the instances where the form was not saved to the repository to follow what happened in the business process

Hi Kristina, 

 

Check your Recycle Bin. There are instances if the user account setup to save Forms in the repository does not have Read / Write access to the folder specified, it would move the Forms into the Recycle Bin,
