One of our user is receiving the error message "Could not load file or assembly 'Laserfiche.BatchProcessor.Processes, Version=9.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=35de22b2ae3b724a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
The error message is coming when we press the scan button or try to choose a scan source.

Laserfiche Rio 9.2.0 build 343
We tried Laserfiche Scanning 9.0 and 9.2 same error with both.
