We have a client where the Laserfiche service was stopped on Monday. Given this the comunication between the workflow server and the laserfiche server could not be performed causing multiple problems.
We have already managed to start the service without major problem, however the client wants a reason why the Laserfiche service was stopped. We have searched the event viewer for a possible reason however there is no more information on whether the server was turned off in its entirety or there was a problem.
Any idea where I can locate information about what caused the problem?
