We have a customer that has a RIO environment with LFDS 10.0, LF Server 10.2 and QF 10.1. They have 3 active QF stations that have been working fine for quite some time. Last week one of the stations reported that the license was no longer valid due to a version mismatch.
We went on their LFDS, made sure we renewed the master license, selected the proper QF application in the list and downloaded the licx file again.
We activated the QF using that licx file but it still didn't activate due to a version mismatch. When looking at the "About Quickfields" menu we could see the software is 10.1 and the license 10.3. On LFDS we cannot pick a specific version anymore, it only shows a range (9.1 to 10.3).
We ran the utility to show hardware fingerprint and all was matching as expected. The only way we could make it work was by upgrading their QF station to 10.3.
Anyone has encountered a similar issue with licensing QF with LFDS? Any idea what could be wrong?
