workflow to call a forms page

Hi,

I have built a workflow that updates a member file if it exist.  I use forms to enter in the correct information and the process calls the workflow to execute.  I am wondering how workflow can send a message back to the form to say that the record was found in Laserfiche and updated?  I am quite new a forms so I am hoping that someone can help.

Hi Jennifer,

 

It sounds like you will want to look at the "Set Business Process Variables" activity in Workflow.

 

 

Example from a test Workflow that at the end, updates the Form process it was called from.

 

This should get you on the right path :)
