We have a specific user who is having intermittent problems when printing from a 9.1 TIFF file.  Only the top 1/2 to 2/3 of the page is printing.  The user is printing specific pages of a multiple-page TIFF file.  Has anyone run into this issue or point me in the right direction to fix this ?
