get a blank form

Hey,

I am having a process where the same user task needs to be loaded multiple times so as to enter new values.But every time the task is loaded it loads the form with previously entered values which can be changed.I want it to load a fresh form with blank fields. How do I achieve this ?

Hi Shibin,

Try adding a workflow Service Task in your process and in the referenced workflow, reset the field you want using the "Set Business Process Variables" activity.

Is there a way to refresh the file upload.

Hi Shibin,

Am not sure there is a way n workflow to reset the uploaded file in forms. You may have to utilize javascript to attain that. I have not tried it but you my try the solution described in the following answer https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/95125/Clear-Attachments-on-a-rerouted-Form#95671 and see if it works for you
