Is there a relation at all between the workflow DB and the Forms DB?

Is there a common field between these two SQL DB's?  I can find the a form in the cf_bp_main_instances and the toc tables but can't find any common fields anywhere.

What is your end goal? What is it you looking in workflow for forms data?

I believe the answer to your question is "not really". Forms data is only pulled into workflow as needed. The unifying fields they both understand are Instance ID and Submission ID. If you tell us your use case, I am sure we can help however.
