You can use *(*) in the advanced search Name field. That will bring back everything that has parenthesis with something between the parenthesis.

Hi Darrell,
Is there some syntax where I would search and list the duplicates together with the original. In this case I will have DocumentName, DocumentName(1), DocumentName(2), etc.?
Thanks
Mark

You could probably do that through Workflow. I would search for duplicates using the *(*) search syntax then retrieve field values from each entry. I would then use a combination of those retrieved values and the name without the (*) part to search for those. Then use whatever tokens provided by the searches to create whatever report I needed.
