Hello Team,
We had a bulk username change on AD recently and the new usernames have not been automatically synchronized to LF directory server (even after using the Synchronize button manually).
This is impacting forms since user ID is retrieved using username.
We have about 50 users on directory server still with their previous username.
Can you please advise how to proceed with them?

I'm not aware of any known issues like you described. I recommend checking to see when the last successful synchronization occurred.
If you are on LFDS 10.2 or higher, this information is on the identity providers page:
Audit events (10.3+) may also be useful.
For older versions, you could check the event logs for any errors relating to AD group sync.
My best guess is either AD sync failure or a change to security settings that is preventing the LFDS service user from reading the new information. If you don't see anything helpful after checking the sync times and event log, you can try opening a support case.

I had recently just renamed one user and have this same issue. Was it ever resolved?
