Import Agent Daily Error

6-6:10 PM daily, the following message is captured in the log file generated by the Import Agent process.

 

This also is occurring on the test server but from 7-7:11 PM daily.

 

Imported Document to XXXXX Repositories: 01/23/2018 06:08:16 PM
Error: The user account name or password is incorrect. [9010]
 

Could there be a limit in the cache, any thoughts?

Are any of your servers performing maintenance at that time?  Starting or restarting?  If you server or services are down or being restarted, then it is possible that it would not recognize the username.  You say that it only happens for 10-11 minutes.  Do it work fine after that without intervention?

We have been working with the Server Team to identify any processes that may be disrupting the services, but nothing so far.  Since this is also occurring on our Test server, we will break the process into 2 schedule instead of 1 schedule that is running from 4 AM - 10 PM.

 

If we still see the issue, than we will look more at the processes scheduled at that time and if breaking the schedule into 2 schedules eliminates the issue than that may suggest a log is filling up and subsequently being flushed during the 8-10 minute time frame.

 

Will update post when I have more.

I had the developer break the Import Agent process into 2 separate schedules and we are still noticing the issue at the same time.

 

I will log a ticket with LF Support for assistance.

 

Also, our Server Team is unaware of process that is taking the services off-line during the 5-10 minutes.
