I am the administrator for laserfice so when I scan directly into laserfiche client 10 and quick fields 9, scanning works fine for me. when a user scan directly into laserfiche client, scanningworks well but when she goes into quick fields 9 to scan she receive the "an unknown error occurred while scanning" error. Also a message box appears that states that "No images were found by ScanConnect. I am using quick fields 9 and scan connect 8.3. Has anyone else ran into this issue.
