Problem Viewing Forms Process Diagram in Chrome

Forms 10.2.1.246

Chrome 63.0.3239.132

Windows 10

I'm having problems viewing my Process Diagram in Forms with Chrome.  I can view the diagram in Internet Explorer.  When I click on the Process Diagram, it briefly appears and then goes to a blank screen.  I've tried Auto Space and Zoom to Fit.  Scrolling doesn't work.  In Chrome, I've tried clearing the cache.  It happens for all processes. Any other ideas? or is this a bug?

Solved my own problem.  I found it worked in Incognito Mode but clearing cache didn't fix it.  I had to log out of Chrome completely (i.e. SETTINGS --> SIGN OUT).  After I re-logged in everything was okay.
