Sending Documents with Gmail

Hello,

Can you tell me how I can automatically send emails (password protected) from the repository using Gmail. We currently have Affixa, but when I go to send an email, Outlook opens.

Outlook opens because it is the default installed email client on that machine.

If you want to send things through Gmail, you can configure Gmail as your service provider in Outlook, then send from that mailbox.
