We have a client that is starting to move over to Nuance PDF and is curious on the compatibility between this and the Laserfiche Document Viewer.

If the Option is set to "Open With > Laserfiche Document Viewer" and Nuance PDF is the default PDF reader installed, when opening an .lfe file from the computer, it will say "Unable to display electronic file."

However, if opening this same PDF, but from within Laserfiche, it will open with Nuance.

We do know if they use "Open With > Associated Application" that this works for them, but they are wanting to see if there's any way for Nuance PDF to work with Laserfiche natively with the Document Viewer.

They are using Nuance Power PDF Advanced 2.1.
